For shipping quotes, please create an account and proceed through the checkout process on our website. Before submitting an order or providing billing information, the website will display all available shipping methods & costs.

All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping or product cost. We do not accommodate requests to falsify customs or tax documents.

Shipping Providers

  • UPS/FedEx/DHL: Offers guaranteed transit times for Express services. Refunds for shipping costs apply if Express services are late.
  • Canada Post: Offers estimated transit times but no guaranteed delivery dates. Refunds for late deliveries are not applicable.

Tracking & Lost Shipments

  • No Updates at All: Carriers may not scan labels immediately. Updates may appear online after initial delays.
  • Stopped Updating: Contact the carrier with your tracking number to initiate a trace for the package.

Missing/Wrong Parts

Our shipment accuracy is 99.9%, thanks to our advanced warehouse management system. Notify us within 30 days of delivery for assistance with missing or wrong parts.
