We can accommodate modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. Orders are processed swiftly, and after this window, cancellations are not possible.

Please note that cancellations are subject to a 20% management and processing fee based on your total order value.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene standards and the customized nature of our products, we typically do not offer exchanges or refunds unless your item meets specific criteria:

  1. Significantly different from the description or sample.
  2. Damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
  3. Incorrect item received.

Our products, being made-to-order, may have slight color variations from the advertised images due to lighting or display differences.

If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement due to a major issue, please promptly contact our Customer Support team with the following details:

  • Video or photo evidence of the issue
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are not applicable to sale or promotional items, and shipping fees are non-refundable once items have shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our policy allows 30 days for replacement/refund requests. Requests made beyond this period cannot be processed.
